Pressure Treated 4x4 & Tuff Block Construction We use pressure treated 2 x 6 band board and 16 OC floor joists on all sheds. We level your shed on TuffBlocks, ensuring the base does not directly come in contact with the ground.
Subfloor & Framing We use 2×6 floor joist in all our sheds. Most other shed companies use 2×4’s. Our floor is super strong and will stand the test of time. We frame all our walls with top choice 2×4 wall studs.
Roofing & Trusses We use 2 x 4 truss construction with collar ties for 12ft span +, and 1/2" OSB roof sheathing.
Shingles We use GAF 30 yr architectural shingles with ridge ventilation. Choice of 5 different colors.
Windows We use 18 x 27 functioning windows with a bottom screen. - Each shed comes standard with one window and anything 12 x 12 + comes standard with two windows.
Doors We offer a standard 4ft double door with an option for single doors as well. *Ask about custom order doors. * Ask about wider door options
4" Roof Overhangs & White No Maintenance PVC Trim Our sheds have a 4″ overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather. All doors, corners, and windows are trimmed with white PVC non-rot trim boards.
Hardware Every shed comes with a locking T-handle & key.

Old Shed Demo And Dump Service We offer shed demo and removal service in our local area. (within 15 mile radius of our location)
$8.00 per square ft. Example: 10x10 Old Shed = 100sq ft so the price would be $800 to demo and dump.
